SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

If your item was damaged in the shipping process please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Most firearms are insured by UPS or FedEx but you will need to file a claim with those carriers within in 30 days. Please be prompt when requesting a refund from these carries as the process will take several days. H&W Guns And Tactical LLC is NOT responsible for your damaged or lost items.

FFL Items:

    ***MUST SHIP TO A FFL***

  • H&W Guns And Tactical LLC. will transfer ownership of any firearm/receiver ONLY to individuals or agencies in possession of a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL). We cannot ship to individuals without a valid FFL.

  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to check and comply with local, state, and federal laws. The buyer assumes all legality, liability and responsibility for the condition, use & security/storage of the firearm/receiver purchased.

  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to contact the FFL dealer. Be aware that it is customary for your local dealer to charge a transaction fee at the time you pick up your purchase.This transfer fee is strictly between you and your local dealer. It is your responsibility to check with your local dealer concerning any policy of this kind and concerning your obligations.

  • You the buyer are responsible for forwarding a copy of the FFL and all pertinent contact information to H&W Guns And Tactical LLC. FFL’s can be sent to:

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Any item returned within 30 days in the original packaging and condition will be issued a refund less shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. Restocking fees are waived for exchanges. We do not issue refunds in the form of store credit. Items must be exchanged or refunded in the form of the original payment. Buyer assumes responsibility for any return shipping expenses. Buyer must contact H&W Precision to pre-authorize any return.

Change order Fee: Any change to your order after 15 days is subject to a 15% change order fee. We do not keep inventory and all parts are ordered custom per our clients request.

  • ​Electronics (Garmin & Speedtracker)
  • Any product that has been mounted, modified, or used in any way​
  • Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable
  • Any pre-fit barrel 
  • Firearm and FFL purchases carry a Manufacture's warranty and any product issues should be submitted to the manufacturer first.
  • For warranty issues please contact the manufacture directly.
     We inspect all returned products and reserve the right to decline returns.
